Learning through observation

 Observational learning or learning through imitation results from observing or watching the others behaviour. Bandura was the one who is The pioneer of researching the observational learning according to him observational learning occurs in 4 types of steps.

Number one is observing the behaviour of another person attentively number 2 is remember the observed behaviour number 3rd is reproduction of that behaviour and in the end motivated to learn and continue that behaviour that is being observed. 

From experiments it is seen that observational learning is not only present in humans but also found in animals..
