 Overview To have effective therapy sessions with client and to achieve goals, client therapist relationship is always seems to be very important. In a healthy client therapist relation rapport building is one of the first and an essential step, without rapport building therapist cannot conduct a session effectively.  While conducting a session ethical considerations are always on the priority.  Identity of the client remains private and data of client remains confidential in case of research. During sessions, counselor make sure that any information of client will not be shared with others without client consent. Counselor accept the client by not focusing on his race, color, status, age, gender,etc. This is the unconditional acceptance of the client. Obsessive compulsive disorder-OCD

OCD is a psychological disorder that affects people of any age and it includes the cycle of obsessions and compulsions.  This is the cycle of OCD that how it works. The cycle start with the unwanted and distressful thoughts and images known as obsessions. The recurrent thoughts cause anxiety in an individual that includes restlessness and irritable mood.
