 Baby blues In this blog I will discuss briefly about the condition named as baby blues. It's not a disease but a condition or an emotion. Just after giving birth to a child, a woman can have this feeling, it starts after 2 or 3 days of delivery. It's symptoms include sadness, guilt and lack of interest in activities.  It may last for 2 or 3 weeks. This is due to the lack of sleep, tiredness, looking after baby 24/7, and also due to not getting enough mental, emotional and social support.
