Second pregnancy is more difficult as compared to the 1st one. Because now you already have a child or toddler to look after. Mother have to manage her routine and healthy by looking and doing other chores. Also parents should know that your 1st baby also needs attention, affection and time from your side even after the arrival of the 2nd baby. We all know it is difficult to manage the love and time between two babies but for the mental health well being it is always important to prepare your self for the big responsibility.

At first, choose a doctor or your gynecologist with whom it you are comfortable. Because during the whole pregnancy time, doctor and patient relationship is very important. if a doctor observe some symptoms in patient that are disturbing the patient, she should immediately ask patient to go for a counselling session. And also every hospital setting should have a team includinh psychiatrist and a clinical psychologist. because without their availability it is not possible to overcome and deal with the patient's mental health issues.
