As psychology is one of the youngest sciences, people have many misconceptions related to the psychology and its practices.

1. People who study psychology become mental with the period of time but in reality mental illness is not only associated with studying and its practices.

2. Psychologist have ability to read your mind but in reality we don't have such superpower but we have tools to access and manage the problem.

3. Psychologist and psychiatrist are playing the same role but in reality they both have different roles according to their degrees and specialities.

4. Psychology is not a science but in reality it is one of the youngest sciences as I have mentioned earlier psychology is with long past but short history.

5. Psychologist can work only in hospitals but in reality psychologist work as counselor psychologist, clinical psychologist, clinical counselor in hospital setting, in schools, offices, etc.

6. Only go to psychologist if you have serious mental Illness this is one of the myths that have to be discussed address because whenever you have a problem that affect your daily routine activities and that disturb your life harmony you should go to psychologist,  you should go for counselling whether it is anxiety weather it is mild symptoms you should go for your mental health well being.

7. People who go to psychologist usually get a label of their mental address but in reality psychologist start working on the mental symptoms rather than diagnosing and labeling them. Diagnosis of the client is important only to have a direction of therapy and to know about thee severity and to communicate to the other professionals about the condition of patient .

Sometimes it's like a huge responsibility when you have to manage all work and your baby as well. Especially when you live in a nuclear family system, your baby rely on you completely.
