Life is like ups and down, there is happiness as well as sadnesses.  If you are facing problems, have financial issues, have family trouble, have social pressures, dear this is what life is.  Try to live in a current situation, because you can give best of you and you have situations in your hand. Fast food addiction

 When we talk about addiction what came in our mind?

Addiction usually associated with the drugs like heroine, alcohol, marijuana,etc. But today I want to write about the addiction called as fast food addiction.

How addiction works?

When we have a craving like craving for heroine or alcohol or it might be craving for a zinger petty burger, especially the food or drug that is unhealthy for one self. When a person have a craving the brain rejected as it is the unhealthy thing to have but the some parts of the brain accept it and wanted to fullfil that craving. 

Dopamine mean is a neurotransmitter that released in the brain as and cause a feeling of pleasure and reward. When you have a single zinger party burger or large fries the dopamine release to a level that is normal for your brain to have a feeling of pleasure but when just after you have a large ice cream then the dopamine that is released is in a huge amount. 

If you have control over your own cravings and you do not have any withdrawal symptoms and also don't have any excessive need to have junk food then it is normal. But if you have constant and excessive craving then you should consider it as a problem.
