In other words, assertiveness is the ability and way of saying what you want to say. Like assertiveness is to say yes when you want to. And also it is like to say no when you want to say no but in a very respectful manner.
Assertive training help individual to face the situation efficiently and also it helps maintain the relationship.
Every day, we're in situations where being assertive can help us — like asking someone on a date, approaching a teacher with a question, or doing well on a job or college interview.
