Flood in Pakistan

 In this time, Pakistan is under huge crisis due to flood destruction. Many people lost their lives, they don't have their home to love , don't have anything to fulfill the basic needs and also unable to have proper shelter. 

I am not asking for the donations, I am actually thinking that why we don't have any pre monsoon strategies and why we always sit and watch the destruction caused by the flood. This is not the first time we are going through this condition.
