Mother with a baby | whole day

 It's difficult to manage a routine with your toddler, when you have to manage a house and also work of office. Sometimes it's like a huge responsibility when you have to manage all work and your baby as well. Especially when you live in a nuclear family system, your baby rely on you completely. He needs your attention,time and focus all the time.  Whole day become after all so hectic and sometimes emotional. Because mother unable to take some rest. This may lead to mental toughness and emotional breakdown.  It is definite that no one can love a baby more than his mother. It's just the psychological burden that a mother can experience.  Try to look around and if you find any mother going through this phase, please at least say some motivational words to her.  When we talk about addiction what came in our mind? Addiction usually associated with the drugs like heroine, alcohol, marijuana,etc. But today I want to write about the addiction called as fast food addiction. How addiction works?  Today we are in a time where every person has an access to cell phones and social media. Cell phones are becoming very essential part of our life. OCD is a psychological disorder that affects people of any age and it includes the cycle of obsessions and compulsions.  This is the cycle of OCD that how it works.
